I will always appreciate your patience and professionalism in explaining the small print (and a lot of the large print too). You were quite diligent in going over each and every paragraph until I understood it fully.
Renu, as satisfied as I am with the way that both transactions turned out, I must admit that I am even more grateful for your sense of humor. God knows there were times I wanted to cry, and did! However, your wonderful sense of humor and easy laugh assured me things really would work out. And thankfully you were right!
My sincere thanks for all that you achieved on my behalf. Parting with large sums of money is never easy, but through it all you had such a delightfully positive attitude combined with total professionalism that it made a sometimes traumatic ride far less painful. I don't look forward to selling another home, however if forced to, my one condition is that you would handle the transaction.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how incredibly pleased we are with the services of one of your agents, Renu Singh. ...
Both my husband and I spent our twenties and thirties in the arts; which is to say our scope was limited. But luckily, we had Renu on our side. She held our hand through every step of the process. She took us out to look at places, helping us narrow our choice of neighborhoods (we were literally all over the map), and made sure we only looked at places that had plenty of space and that we could afford. She really focused us on what our needs were, and kept our spirits up when it seemed to us that we would never get them met. She worked so diligently on our behalf, she made us feel like not only was the perfect place out there waiting for us, but we were her only customers. Once we found The Place (and our offer was accepted), she even made the escrow process less intimidating, walking us through every step and never once making use feel like the neophytes we were.
